1. Place the professional cutting ruler on the material to be cut (must be used on a cutting mat).

2. Turn the safety lock to the UNLOCK (horizontal-open) position. (Vertical is LOCK).

3. Gently press the blade and push forward to cut easily. (No force needed when returning the blade to its original position).

2. Open the blade cover by turning it to the "OPEN" position, then remove the cover.

3. Take out the blade and replace it with a new 45mm circular blade.

4. Reattach the blade cover and turn it to the "CLOSE" position to lock it in place.
