How to Use

1. Place the cutting ruler on the material (must be used with a cutting mat).
2. Turn the safety lock to UNLOCK (horizontal). Vertical = LOCK.
3. Press the blade gently and push forward to cut (no force needed on return).

How to Replace the Blade

1. Turn the safety lock to UNLOCK (horizontal).
2. Rotate the blade cover to the “OPEN” position and remove it.
3. Replace with a new 45mm circular blade.
4. Reinstall the cover and rotate to “CLOSE
